Environment - Bay Restoration Fund - Fees


Increasing specified Bay Restoration Fees paid by users of specified wastewater facilities, onsite sewage disposal systems, and sewage holding systems beginning on July 1, 2012; and providing for the collection of specified fees by specified billing authorities under specified circumstances.
