Sales and Corporate Income Tax Relief (Better Maryland - Tax Relief)


Reducing the State income tax rate on the Maryland taxable income of corporations from 8.25% to 7.25%; altering the rate of the sales and use tax from 6% to 5.5% for fiscal year 2013 and to 5% beginning July 1, 2013; etc.
