Common Interest Communities - Management Services - Required Contract


Requiring a service provider that assists in providing specified management services for a common interest community under the direction of the governing body to enter into a written contract with the community's governing body in order to provide the services; establishing the right of a common interest community to terminate a specified service without penalty if the service provider fails to enter into a specified written contract; prohibiting specified provisions in a written contract for management services; etc.
