Health Care Decisions by Surrogates - Donations of Nonvital Organs

Synopsis:

Authorizing a person that is authorized to make health care decisions for another under a specified provision of law to authorize the donation of a nonvital organ of a patient under specified circumstances; providing for the application of the Act; and defining the term "nonvital organ".
