Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City - Ethics, Open Meetings, and Performance Audit


Prohibiting a commissioner or employee of the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City from having specified interests concerning the distribution of alcoholic beverages; making actions of a commissioner or employee subject to specified open meetings laws; requiring the Office of Legislative Audits to conduct performance audits of the Board to evaluate specified operations of the Board; authorizing the Office of Legislative Audits to have access to and inspect the records of the Board; etc.
