Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to submit to specified legislative committees on or before October 1 of each year a list of venture capital funds focusing on qualified information technology, green technology, medical device technology, or bioscience businesses in which the several systems have invested, and the amount invested in each venture capital fund; etc.
