Requiring specified employers to provide a nonworking or working shift
break to specified employees under specified circumstances;
authorizing employees to file a complaint with the Commissioner of
Labor and Industry if the nonworking or working shift break is not
provided as required; requiring the Commissioner to attempt to resolve
a specified issue informally or issue a specified order under
specified circumstances; requiring the Commissioner to assess a civil
penalty under specified circumstances; etc.
