Synopsis:

Requiring the Blue Ribbon Commission to Study Retiree Health Care Funding Options to issue a second interim report by December 31, 2010; altering the date by which the Blue Ribbon Commission to Study Retiree Health Care Funding Options is required to submit a specified report from December 31, 2009, to December 31, 2011; and extending the termination date of the Blue Ribbon Commission to Study Retiree Health Care Funding Options from June 30, 2010, to June 30, 2012.
