Health Insurance - Child Dependents - Qualifying Age Limit


Synopsis:

Increasing to age 30 the age limit for an individual to be considered a child dependent under policies of individual or group health insurance, contracts issued by a nonprofit health service plan, and contracts issued by a health maintenance organization.
