Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Transportation to act as a reviewing unit for specified land use and development review activities of local jurisdictions in a specified manner; requiring the Department to provide comments in a specified manner to specified local jurisdictions in the development of the transportation element of a comprehensive plan and specified plans and plats; providing for the scope of actions subject to review under the Act; requiring the comments of the Department to address specified matters; etc.
