Criminal Injuries Compensation Notification - Law Enforcement Agencies


Requiring a law enforcement unit, under specified circumstances, to provide a victim of a crime or a delinquent act specified information about compensation for victims or specified pamphlets that notify victims of rights, services, and procedures; and expanding the definition of "law enforcement unit".
