Entitled:
Correctional Services - Repeat Child Sexual Offenders - Diminution Credits


Synopsis:

Prohibiting the earning of diminution credits to reduce the term of confinement of an inmate who is serving a sentence in a State or local correctional facility for committing a specified sexual offense against a victim who is a child under the age of 16 after being previously convicted of a specified sexual offense against a victim who is a child under the age of 16; etc.
