Altering the circumstances under which specified licensees of the State Real Estate Commission are required to complete a specified number of clock hours of continuing education; requiring specified licensees to complete specified requirements in specified licensing periods; clarifying the continuing education requirements for a licensee holding a license from another state; altering the criteria used by the State Real Estate Commission in selecting subject matter for continuing education courses; etc.
