Juvenile Law - Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice - Co-Commitment and Study


Requiring the juvenile court in a disposition hearing to make a specified determination regarding a specified child; requiring the court to co-commit a specified child to specified agencies under specified circumstances; requiring the Department of Juvenile Services to make a specified determination under specified circumstances; requiring the departments of Juvenile Services and Human Resources to conduct specified studies and develop a plan to address the link between the child welfare and juvenile justice systems; etc.
