Synopsis:

Authorizing a licensed dentist to own and operate specified facilities; authorizing the staffing of specified facilities and the operation of specified equipment without the availability of a licensed dentist under a specified circumstance; authorizing certified dental radiation technologists to practice dental radiation technology in specified facilities under specified circumstances; requiring specified protection of a patient's body during the use of radiation; requiring the adoption of specified regulations; etc.
