Health Insurance - Ambulance Service Providers - Direct Reimbursement


Requiring health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to reimburse an ambulance service provider directly for covered services; and providing that an ambulance service provider is entitled to direct reimbursement under specified circumstances.
