Elections - Campaign Finance - Prohibition of Contributions by Business Entities


Prohibiting a business entity from making a contribution to a campaign finance entity; and defining the term "business entity" to mean a corporation, a general or limited partnership, a limited liability corporation, or a real estate investment trust.
