Maryland Lawyer Loan Assistance Repayment Program


Altering the eligibility for the Janet L. Hoffman Loan Assistance Repayment Program; establishing the Maryland Lawyer Loan Assistance Repayment Program Fund; requiring lawyers to pay a $50 annual fee to the Fund; requiring all fees received to be used for a specified purpose; requiring the Office of Student Financial Assistance of the Maryland Higher Education Commission to provide a specified list to the Court of Appeals; requiring the list to be provided free of charge and to contain specified information; etc.
