Juvenile Proceedings - Expungement of Records


Synopsis:

Authorizing a person who has been charged with a juvenile offense to file a petition for expungement of the juvenile record if specified conditions are met; establishing that for specified detentions or confinements in a juvenile proceeding the person detained or confined may request the expungement of the juvenile record; requiring specified entities to take specified actions in specified circumstances; etc.
