Other Tobacco Products Licenses


Synopsis:

Requiring a person to have an appropriate license when the person acts in the State as an other tobacco products manufacturer, retailer, storage warehouse, tobacconist, or wholesaler; making holders of other products licenses subject to specified restrictions and requirements; providing for license application procedures and fees; specifying the scope of the licenses; providing for the renewal of a license; requiring the Comptroller and the Administrative Office of the Courts to make a specified certification on or before January 1, 2011; etc.
