Authorizing the reserve investments of an insurer to include specified items under specified circumstances; authorizing the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to consider whether an authorized insurer has made adequate provision for specified cash flows and related expenses when determining whether the continued operation of the authorized insurer in the State would be hazardous to specified individuals and entities; etc.
