Transportation Trust Fund Protection Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the transfer or diversion of funds from the Transportation Trust Fund except under specified circumstances; requiring the Governor to make a specified declaration if funds are transferred or diverted from the Transportation Trust Fund; and requiring the enactment of legislation providing for a specified repayment plan before funds are transferred or diverted from the Transportation Trust Fund.
