Environment - Environmental Justice Review - Public Service Companies

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment, in consultation with the Commission on Environmental Justice and Sustainable Communities and the Department of Planning, to develop criteria and maps that identify environmentally stressed communities in the State on or before October 1, 2010; requiring specified public service companies to submit an Environmental Justice Review and other information under specified circumstances; etc.
