Calvert County, Charles County, and St. Mary's County - Agricultural Preservation Easements - Renewable Energy Generation

Synopsis:

Authorizing a landowner whose land in Calvert County, Charles County, or St. Mary's County is subject to an agricultural preservation easement to use the land for the generation of power or heat from solar energy under specified circumstances; making the Act an emergency measure; and terminating the Act at the end of September 30, 2012.
