Synopsis:

Altering the triennial assessment cycle for real property for property tax purposes to an annual assessment cycle; requiring the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to review real property assessments each year and physically inspect the exterior of real property every 3 years; altering the maximum homestead property tax credit percentage for the State, county, and municipal property tax for the 2009 tax year; etc.
