Reestablishing and altering the Maryland Heritage Structure Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program; authorizing the Director of the Maryland Historical Trust to accept applications for approval of rehabilitation plans on a first-come, first-served basis; authorizing the Director of the Maryland Historical Trust to issue up to $100,000,000 in the aggregate in initial credit certificates for the Maryland heritage structure rehabilitation tax credit; etc.
