Civil Actions - Child Sexual Abuse - Statute of Limitations


Extending the statute of limitations in specified civil actions relating to child sexual abuse; authorizing claims for damages to be filed under the Act for a specified period of time for claims that would otherwise be barred under specified circumstances; and providing for the termination of specified provisions of the Act.
