Pharmaceutical Manufacturers - Disclosure of Payments to Physicians

Synopsis:

Requiring pharmaceutical manufacturers to disclose to the Maryland Health Care Commission, in a specified form and manner, specified payments made to physicians; requiring the Commission to publish specified information in a specified manner; and requiring the Commission to adopt specified regulations on or before June 1, 2010.
