Synopsis:

Establishing an Advisory Board on Gambling Addiction in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; providing for the membership, terms, quorum, meetings, and removal of members of the Advisory Board; requiring the Advisory Board to propose solutions and advise the Department on specified prevalence studies; authorizing the Advisory Board to consult with specified units of State government and establish committees or task forces; etc.
