Authorizing the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners to issue a special beer festival license; specifying the scope of the license; specifying requirements imposed on applicants for the license; requiring each manufacturer that participates in the special beer festival to obtain a license; specifying a license fee of $15 per day; restricting the length of a special beer festival to 3 consecutive days; requiring the Board to approve the location for the special beer festival; etc.
