Synopsis:

Authorizing the Montgomery County Planning Board to appoint a hearing officer with specified powers for the enforcement of any decision of the Board or any law over which the Board has jurisdiction; and authorizing the Circuit Court for Montgomery County to compel compliance with a subpoena issued by a hearing officer appointed by the Board.
