Income Tax - Subtraction Modification - Donations for Classroom Libraries in Public Elementary Schools

Synopsis:

Providing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax in an amount equal to 150% of a monetary donation made by a business entity to a public elementary school in the State for the establishment or continued operation of a classroom library; applying the Act to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2008; etc.
