Synopsis:

Requiring the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners to establish or contract for a system of public school buses to provide transportation for specified students in Baltimore City; prohibiting the Board from providing or contracting for student transportation services in conjunction with mass transit service provided to the general public in Baltimore City; and authorizing the Board to use a specified transportation grant only for a specified purpose.
