Providing that Prince George's County Deputy Sheriffs who are members of the Employees' Pension System may transfer service credit from the Employees' Pension System to the Prince George's County Deputy Sheriff's Comprehensive Pension Plan; requiring that the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System transfer employer contributions for Prince George's County Deputy Sheriffs to a specified administrative board; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
