Synopsis:

Authorizing employees of specified employers that provide leave with pay to use leave with pay to attend parent-teacher conferences under specified circumstances; authorizing employees of specified employers that do not provide leave with pay to use leave without pay to attend parent-teacher conferences under specified circumstances; limiting the cumulative amount of leave that can be used each calendar year under the Act; etc.
