Vehicle Laws - Protective Headgear Requirement for Motorcycle Riders - Exceptions


Synopsis:

Providing specified exceptions to the prohibition against operating or riding on a motorcycle without specified protective headgear; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to study the effect of the Act on motorcycle injuries and fatalities during the first 2 years that the Act is in effect and to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 31, 2011; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
