Synopsis:

Increasing the membership of the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System to include an individual representing the local school boards or the community colleges; providing for the calculation of a payment by each county of a portion of the employer contributions attributable to their educators and educational staff who are members of the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System; etc.
