Estates and Trusts - Registers of Wills - Fees


Specifying that registers of wills need not record or provide documents until appropriate fees have been paid; authorizing registers of wills to provide specified services and charge a fee for the services; authorizing registers of wills to charge a specified fee for guardianship proceedings; increasing fees for specified services; altering the fees charged for administration of small estates, based on value of the small estate; etc.
