Teachers' Retirement and Pension Systems - Reemployment of Retirees - Retired Higher Education Faculty

Synopsis:

Requiring that retired higher education faculty of the Teachers' Retirement System or Teachers' Pension System, who prior to retirement received a 10-month salary, are subject to an earnings limitation based on 12 months of earnings if they are reemployed by their former employer.
