Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from distributing Salvia divinorum to an individual under the age of 21 years; providing that it is a defense in a specified prosecution that the defendant examined a specified license or identification that identified a purchaser or recipient as at least age 21; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; etc.
