Public Health - Sale of Baked Goods - Home Kitchens


Authorizing a person to sell specified baked goods made in a kitchen in a private home without a license to operate a food establishment if the baked goods are sold to an individual for the individual's own consumption, are not for resale, and are clearly labeled in a specified manner.
