University System of Maryland - Designated Growth Institutions - Community Impact Statement

Synopsis:

Requiring designated growth institutions to submit a Community Impact Statement to the General Assembly if there is an increase in a specified number of students and when an institution updates a Master Plan; requiring designated growth institutions to submit a Community Impact Statement at a specified time and to post the Community Impact Statement on the institution's website; providing for the requirements of the Community Impact Statement; etc.
