Synopsis:

Repealing an exemption for disability insurance policies from the scope of provisions of law governing the use of specified genetic tests and the use and disclosure of specified genetic information or the results of specified genetic tests by an insurer, a nonprofit health service plan, or a health maintenance organization in connection with health insurance policies and contracts; and altering the definition of "genetic information".
