Altering a provision so as to prohibit an employer from discharging,
demoting, suspending, disciplining, or otherwise discriminating or
threatening to take any of those actions against an employee because
an employee has taken specified leave, has opposed an unlawful
practice, or has participated in a specified proceeding; establishing
that the purpose for provisions of the Flexible Leave Act is to allow
an employee to use specified leave under specified conditions to care
for a family member who is ill; etc.
