Subsequent Sexual Offenders - Reduced Diminution Credits, Parole Elimination, and Restrictions on Pretrial Release


Decreasing the number of days per month that an inmate who has been convicted of specified sexual offenses is allowed as a deduction in advance from the inmate's term of confinement; eliminating parole eligibility for specified sexual offenders; etc.
