Authorizing the Public Service Commission to exercise authority as set forth in provisions of federal law under specified circumstances; providing for the construction of provisions of the Act; granting the circuit court jurisdiction to enforce provisions of law; authorizing the Commission to authorize the taking, holding, or acquiring of specified capital stock of a gas and electric company by a stock corporation or public utility under specified circumstances; etc.
