Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety - Inspections - Antique Boilers or Pressure Vessels

Synopsis:

Authorizing inspections of specified antique boilers or pressure vessels to be made by private inspectors under specified circumstances; requiring private inspectors who make specified inspections to file a report with the Chief Boiler Inspector; and requiring the Chief Boiler Inspector to issue a certificate to the owner or user of specified antique boilers or pressure vessels under specified circumstances; and defining "private inspector".
