Synopsis:

Requiring local zoning authorities to comply with specified federal regulations governing amateur radio service; prohibiting specified homeowners associations from restricting or prohibiting the design, placement, screening, height, or use of specified amateur radio equipment; prohibiting specified exempt homeowners associations from amending, on or after October 1, 2008, specified governing documents to further restrict or prohibit amateur radio equipment on the property of lot owners; etc.
