Income Tax - Subtraction Modification - Foster Parents


Synopsis:

Allowing a subtraction modification for the Maryland income tax for $3,500 for specified foster parents under specified circumstances; providing that the subtraction may not be claimed under specified circumstances; and requiring a taxpayer to obtain a statement certifying compliance with specified provisions to qualify for the subtraction modification.
