Health Care Coverage - Institutions of Higher Education

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to require all institutions of higher education to require students to maintain and present evidence of health care coverage; requiring the Commission to require the institutions of higher education to offer health insurance for purchase by students and consider health care coverage as an educational cost for financial aid purposes; requiring the Commission to adopt specified regulations; etc.
